just gonna throw out a quick reminder that in America police kill a yearly average of 3 civilians per day, routinely in situations very similar to these ICE killings, and decades of explicit support for police impunity by US politicians is why ICE feels theyre able to get away with this right now

I keep coming back to this: climate action is going to take a whole lot of cooperation from a whole lot of people across a whole lot of political ideologies.
And we can't even agree on basic human rights for people who have a different skin tone, language, religion, or sexual orientation.

Her vehicle's right front panel cleared the ICE agent who didn't open fire until after he was at the side of her vehicle. He used deadly force on a fleeing individual, which is against DHS policy. This is murder. He needs to be arrested.
