Do a gritty, dark Nolan batman but out of nowhere they get attacked by the rainbow monster that turns people 2-dimensional
The concept of grim dark ultra realistic pulp batman movies has been wrung out pretty hard, but so has super campy cartoon over the top characters batman, the next thing to do is synthesize the two and make a gritty batman movie where the villain is crazy quilt or some shit
