I don't want a smart appliance. I miss knobs and buttons on things! I don't want screens each with their own complicated user interfaces and confusing displays. I don't want a fridge connected to my internet, I just want electronics that don't need replacement in five years.

Remember that paramdedic who was arguably not pay a living wage while shuttling sick people during a pandemic was fired after a tabloid outed her for having an Only Fans, but Supreme Court justices that take money and gifts from billionaires on cases they oversee do not have to quit.
