We have a unique set up in that I’m a former D1/pro hooper. One assistant is a former D1 hooper. Other assistant is former D1 QB/pitcher. Even so, I put together a 10 page coach’s pack to align on expectations. Thought I’d share these 3 in case anyone is also thinking through this stuff.

Little update here.. tryouts are this week. Looking like double the kids signed up compared to last time. Think we’ll be able to accommodate two extra teams. Decreased the cost by $50 + more opps to be in the gym. New Balance providing sweet unis. Giving away two Celts tix Tuesday. Let’s go.
