Nobody should see out their final hours like this. It's heartbreaking, and so avoidable.

Really pleased Parliament took the right first step today - although there is a long way to go to make sure we have the right law.
Malthouse discusses the case of a man who killed himself by jumping in front of a train. He waited until 2am so he would minimise disruption to the public. I dunno why but that kind of broke my heart.

That’s because it is similar to abortion rights, it’s about the right to choose what you do with your own body.

Perhaps consciously echoes language around abortion rights.
