My daughter has worked there for the past three years. Her life’s work is being dismantled- along with thousands of other scientist’s work since 1960. Shameful. It will be a very sad Holiday Season for hundreds of NCAR employees and their families.

If you needed another reason to hate Trump, he is planning to dismantle the National Center for Atmospheric Research. My daughter worked for years to get her PhD as an atmospheric scientist so that she could work there. She, along with 200 others will lose their jobs and the US will be less safe.

I grew up with Dodger baseball. Vin Scully was always in the air every summer, and a few lucky autumns.
That was the most exciting game seven of the most exciting world series I can remember.
