Of course every state is different, each with their own unique election laws.

That’s why mail voting is worth researching NOW in your state if you are concerned.

More than ever, we will all to need to MAKE A PLAN to vote next year.

They may try to intimidate us, but we can still outsmart them.

No, but it’s not impossible based on what we’ve been witnessing, especially with actual U.S. citizens being temporarily detained.

Any fear would be understandable.

But we can’t let that fear silence any voices.

Votes must be cast regardless.

Receiving a mail ballot and returning it by mail or dropping it off at a ballot drop box is a method of voting that would not jeopardize your physical safety yet would still allow you to do your civic duty.

There’s a lot of time between now and the midterms, but it’s something worth considering.

If you are a non-white registered voter and are reasonably worried about the prospect of voting in-person in 2026 (either early or on Election Day) due to threats from ICE at polling locations, consider looking into vote-by-mail options in your state that will not require your physical presence.
