Failure to comply is a misdemeanor, and creating a situation where you place yourself in front of a car is not an excuse for lethal force.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but cops are not allowed to shoot people just because you didn't do what they said.
That is called murder when they do that.

A good number of our clients have participated in the prison dog training program, and at least one has cats. They make a profound difference in an incarcerated person’s life and rehabilitation. Reminding them they are loved, needed, and valued.

I’d like to thank streaming TV and the internet for helping me not even realize this was a thing that happened until now. Live TV would have betrayed me.
I get that the world is changing, and people's attention span is 3 seconds or less, but that speech was AWFUL - I can't even imagine what they were trying to accomplish..

The fun part* of working at a small non-profit law firm is getting to battle Adobe and a brand new e-filing system for literal hours!
*extremely frustrating part
