I’ve spent the last 2 days re-establishing my resting blood pressure.
Some time in the last 2 months, most likely from either adding Humira or subtracting naproxen, my systolic blood pressure has dropped about 10 points.

When I made that second moka pot of coffee, I expected:

Now I’m buzzed out of my mind and can’t do anything.

90 minutes to make the first moka pot of coffee. Hopefully the second doesn’t take as long.

I might drive to work today but I’m not doing it until the wind dies down. I ain’t driving 45 miles in 45mph cross winds.

The problem with my wood burning stove is it takes an hour to put out significant heat.

Okay, Venezuela nationalized its oil industry in 1976. However, they didn’t steal anything from the US. They kicked out all the oil company commissioners and created Venezuelan companies to replace them. Then those are in turn owned by the state.
