If somehow "college football history" fits this worldview, I could contribute my Lambert Cup history stuff. I also wrote a book about the Lehigh/Lafayette Rivalry a while ago now.
Haven't received as many contributions as usual for this year's lists--could be many things, but one aspect is surely that our ability to get this in front of people is much diminished. If you know folks whose stuff should be on here, please suggest it! contingentmagazine.org/yearly-pub-l...

South Carolina State continues to win the big games. The Bulldogs forced two early Delaware State turnovers and turned the clock forward to midnight on the Hornets’ Cinderella story with a 28-17 win. The victory gives South Carolina State (9-3, 5-0 MEAC) their third Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference championship and third trip to the Cricket Celebration Bowl in the last five seasons.

Fourth-ranked Lehigh (12-0, 7-0) claims outright title and automatic FCS playoff bid in the Patriot League.

College football's most-played series turned 161.

Lehigh finishes the regular season undefeated. Your Lehigh Mountain Hawks beat Lafayette in the 161th ,meeting of The Rivalry, 42-32.
November 22, 2025 at 8:39 PM
This will surprise no one, but Luke Yoder has been voted Lehigh/Lafayette MVP. Most rushing yards vs. Lafayette since Erick Torain. First time in The Rivalry, I'm pretty sure, a Lehigh player scored 4 TDs against Lafayette.

12-0 smells great!
November 22, 2025 at 8:26 PM
He just past Torain. RB Jack Rizzo scored 4 TDs against Lafayette in 1971, and Yoder already matched him there.
In the Patriot League era, the highest Lehigh/Lafayette rushing total for Lehigh was Erick Torain in 1990 with 224 yards. Yoder currently has 218.

The largest ever rushing total for Lehigh in The Rivalry is Jack Rizzo, 313 yards.

Kente Edwards TD and a 2 point conversion, and it's Lehigh 35, Lafayette 32 7:14 left. Still very much anyone's game.

End of 3Q, Lehigh 28, Lafayette 24. Yoder's at 203 yards rushing, 3 TDs. and he's only the fourth Lehigh player to get more than 200 yards rushing vs. Lafayette. And there's a quarter to go.

Just an absolute feast of high stakes FCS ball now:

#3 Montana State @ #2 Montana
Undefeated Harvard @ Yale for the Ivy championship
Undefeated Lehigh @ Lafayette for the Pat league championship
UT-Martin @ 10-1 Tennessee Tech for the OVC championship
I think a few other win-and-in games too

It's halftime. It's Lehigh 14, Lafayette 17, and honestly, the Mountain Hawks are lucky it's this close.

Another goal line stand, another time it looked like Lehigh stopped them, and again the officials say TD. Lehigh 7, Lafayette 14, 14:21 left, 1st half.
November 22, 2025 at 6:13 PM
End of 1Q, Lehigh 7, Lafaytte 7, Lafayette driving. Put plainly, Lehigh's defensive line is losing the battle in the trench early on.

RELENTLESS is the exact word I think about for this LU team.
Every single time the LU D made a mistake this season, they came right back with a sack or TFL, it was uncanny. Or if a WR dropped an easy ball, they'd come right back with a long gainer.
