ornaments for #picotron 0.2.1c tracker: like arpeggios, but only two notes. The high nibble is the semitone offset (or 0 for silence), and the low nibble is the tick speed. It can be used for all kinds of articulation (rolls, grace notes etc), swung accents and of course filthy volume oscillation.

The laser code had multiple bugs—some I knew about some I didn't. When I tried to make a small change it broke everything. x) So I rewrote the entire loop from scratch. It works a lot better now. Also added a little charge up delay so it takes a bit of planning to snipe with it ;>

A faster tline3d() codepath for #picotron 0.2.1c // dividing by w every 8 pixels normally doesn't look too bad and is identical for affine things like sprite rotation, so I think it should be the default.

Testing if can support widescreen.

Seem to be keeping silky smooth 30fps after:
1. Simplifying a costly palette function call for each book to a poke
2. Caching the shelf labels.
3. Making book sprites draw less blank space

So uh, widescreen co-op seems to be a go. woot
