This is the second account - the first being in Chicago - of DHS agents mass detaining people and then *sorting them by race*.
More than 400 people, including hundreds of citizens, were “sorted” at gun point into racial and ethnic groups by 200 ICE agents who fired flash-bang grenades into cars with people inside, pointed guns at children & demanded their zip tied parents not comfort them. apple.news/Ausdx6kWtT0e...

"Per FBI policy, if an evidence item remains undisposed, the investigative case file must remain open."

Wait, that sounds recursive. Does that mean the FBI destroys all evidence to close a case file? Huh?
Newly released documents show the FBI's scramble to explain last year why it released a screen recording with a missing minute from the night Jeffrey Epstein died, instead of the original footage.
Mystery of the missing minute from Epstein jail solved
Documents that were part of the Epstein files release help explain why a video released from the night of Epstein's death was missing one minute close to midnight.

Some children in Dilley were so distraught they cut themselves or talked about suicide, parents told ProPublica.

They said kids lost their appetites after finding worms and mold on their food, had trouble sleeping, and were constantly sick.

This is another very important and revealing exchange. Rep. Scanlon is making a crucial point, one well worth listening to. And she does it calmly. But Trump has created a market for obnoxious, childish defiance of Congress. The Attorney General‘s response is outrageous, even impeachment-worthy.
SCANLON: Can we assume the DOJ has prepared that list of groups that are designated as 'domestic terrorist organizations'?

BONDI: I'm not going to answer it yes or no, but I know antifa is part of it

S: Will you commit to providing this committee with the list?

BONDI: I won't commit to anything

It's low on the scale of damages done, but I'm curious if there's any blowback from rental car companies or insurance agencies about ICE's tendency to turn our streets into demolition derbies.

Has any company refused to give them cars? Have the victims been able to get repairs paid for?
