As an aside, the human couple that the MC's were trying to match up seem a bit doomed? the guy is deathly allergic to dogs - needs an epipen. The girl is clearly a dog lover that fosters a puppy that the guy panicked and ran from.

I rarely saw straight-up cranberry pies so I made my own. I found that the secret to a great one was an even better contrast. This is topped with a thick crumble of oats, toasted pecans, cinnamon, brown sugar and butter and it's heavenly against the tart berries.

This is one of those things that gets me whenever people trot out the old "Taxachusetts" - our sales tax is lower than many states and we don't have any sales tax on food, shelter, or clothes (caveats that food and shelter do not include restaurants or hotels).
