I’m watching באש ובמים on Netflix, and it strikes me that the protagonists’ journey to Poland is not entirely unlike our own (ie being chased out of a neighborhood by Nazis for being Jews). 🤔
Ours was less dramatic though, but also much less called for.

7) So it seems that fatigue, exhaustion, and lack of energy are not only poorly understood in ME/CFS, but in many other conditions as well. This suggests there might be some major fatigue-signalling pathway that scientists are currently missing.

I really have nowhere to share this but… after having struggled with finding a good Hebrew school for the twins for years, they finally had a successful experience this past Sunday with a program specifically for kids like them (AuDHD).
I feel so relieved.
