The easiest win in the world right now is to continue using your own brain while people around you get relentlessly, intentionally dumber
New research from MIT found that those who used ChatGPT can’t remember any of the content of their essays.

Key takeaway: the product doesn’t suffer, but the process does. And when it comes to essays, the process *is* how they learn.

if you decry agents of the state concealing their identities as they forcibly remove members of our communities & electeds alike, but don’t connect that behavior to enaction of mask bans adversely impacting normal people protecting their health for the past year+, you miss the forest for the trees
normalize respirators in your daily life. when you do, when you see the choice to use a personal air filter as more akin to sunglasses (worn by all, often for fashion regardless of ocular welfare) than, say, a cast (indicative of active health concerns, often not a choice), all around you benefit.

At Carney events, reporters scrum and decide on the question and who will ask. They can ask followup. At Poilievre events, handlers suggest questions, reporter(s)who agree get priority, and Poilievre chooses reporters with no followup.

The roadmap for turning the NIH into an EBM slush fund and shutting down real science. Kulldorf, in the new public health blog ("journal") co-founded by Bhattacharya.

1: Fund based on who applies 🤔, rather than ideas

2: Give ECR grants. But only to "medical, dental and public health school".

A great video.
This simple, short, cool video visually explains how N95s work to keep airborne viruses like Covid, TB, H5N1, Flu etc, from getting in you 😷 Just make sure it’s well-fitted and you don’t take it off to eat, drink, blow your nose, take a photo, or any reason. N95s even protect against wildfire smoke.

I'm trying to save them.

You can find the deleted docs at cdcguidelines.com - I'll be adding more over the weekend.

Community will save us in the end.

Work locally. Work together. Find people who care and see how you can give back.

What mask blocs & clean air advocates did during the California wildfires likely saved thousands of lives.

This is how you resist.
