The Republicans did everything they could, wielding the entire propaganda arm of the USA to kill the very idea of empathy or living in a society. It breaks my heart. Every time I'm out in public I run into this and ask "Is this the day I catch a charge? For this redneck prick?"

I can say nothing. I'm still recovering from the damage COVID did to my feeling for my fellow man. I'm doing better than THAT guy, but I stay home a LOT.

This is my hope. I keep seeing people bitch about how contemporary the language is. That annoys me. This is 1000 years in the future. I assume nobody's using contemporary slang. I assume it's being translated so people don't say things like "frelling."

If I have any problem with it, and basically, I don't, it's that I don't know who the audience for this show is. I feel like it's aiming to bring new people on, which is GREAT, but so much of the plotting seems like it is callbacks. I'm not SURE that's not also great if it sends the new kids looking
