Our tegu looks so much better after a coconut oil rubdown and a nice long soak. I know part of it is because he's still slightly wet. He'll probably look patch tomorrow, but progress is being made on getting the shed off him. Between that and the new diet, it's nice. He's adjusted to the new place

Yes. I would.

You have just described 80 percent of the doughnut shops in Edmonton. (sigh)

Wow. A guy just blocked me for advising him to look through someone's feed for an answer rather than demanding labor from the person who's feed it was. People suck.
February 11, 2026 at 12:14 AM
Why don't you see if you can find out by actually going back through the feed and/or using context clues, instead of demanding to be spoon-fed, baby bird?

Ouch. I will shut up about ours...

Exit 8 is a very fine film.

Damned skippy. I have lifelong lung problems because of my parents' addiction. I'll be lucky to see 70. I resent it but I try to forgive them. Addiction is a devil.

Thank you for giving a damn.

The Republicans did everything they could, wielding the entire propaganda arm of the USA to kill the very idea of empathy or living in a society. It breaks my heart. Every time I'm out in public I run into this and ask "Is this the day I catch a charge? For this redneck prick?"

I can say nothing. I'm still recovering from the damage COVID did to my feeling for my fellow man. I'm doing better than THAT guy, but I stay home a LOT.

Thanks for all the help. The con is actually run by a good friend, but I'll share these resources, and might well have need for them as well! Thanks!
February 8, 2026 at 5:59 AM
Yeah. Let's see if Walz does anything about this?
February 7, 2026 at 10:52 PM
This post is not an actual Trump post. Please fucking stop this shit. Lying and making shit up does not help us. It is the tool of our enemy. We do not need it.

Hey folks.

Would you like to register for a local live action roleplaying convention in Edmonton? It's on the February long weekend and attendance is not where we'd like it, and without a bump over the weekend, we may have to cancel.

Please check it out.

This is my hope. I keep seeing people bitch about how contemporary the language is. That annoys me. This is 1000 years in the future. I assume nobody's using contemporary slang. I assume it's being translated so people don't say things like "frelling."

I am in love with it. :)

If I have any problem with it, and basically, I don't, it's that I don't know who the audience for this show is. I feel like it's aiming to bring new people on, which is GREAT, but so much of the plotting seems like it is callbacks. I'm not SURE that's not also great if it sends the new kids looking

I'm glad to see this show get any kind of recognition.

Just attempted to trim my beard. Mistakes were made. People can see my chin now. I hate it.

I have this asshole Bluejay in my tree, and have yet to catch him on camera. It's annoying.
