I've been looking at the difference in how BBC Scotland reports stories about problems in the NHS in Scotland compared to England and Wales. Only in Scotland is an opposition party framing used and ScotGov held responsible instead of the health board

Scotland, the coldest of the UK countries, produces an excess of energy from which other parts, mainly England, benefit. However Scots pay the highest prices in the UK to use their own home produced energy.
