Palantir needs to keep its grubby hands off our NHS.

The NHS is the best thing about this country.

Anyone who plans on ripping it up and handing over the shreds to the highest bidder has no place anywhere near politics.

And that’s before you even begin to consider any of this Epstein stuff.
Mandelson’s malign influence runs right through the heart of this Government.

Not least in the govt’s NHS data deal with Palantir – a spy-tech firm co-founded by a man who thinks the NHS should be ‘ripped up.’

I've written to Wes Streeting urging him to ditch this dangerous deal.

This letter is brutal; I’ve been so impressed by Zack Polanski and the Green Party. This is what we need.

I basically started this one over from scratch. I didn’t like the shape of it or the poses.

This is a much better shape for a sticker and the poses are far more dynamic than the original color sketch.

The Five by @hallierubenhold.bsky.social

A cracking bit of social history that pulls you away from the usual Ripper sensationalism and back to the realities of 1888.

I don’t support the Assisted Dying Bill and voted against it, but it is not right for the unelected chamber to block the commons.
EXC - MPs and peers who backed the assisted dying bill now believe it is “near impossible” for it to pass the House of Lords in time because of procedural obstacles used by opponents.

“It is our system at its absolute most dysfunctional,” one MP said.

Assisted Dying Bill passed in the Commons and has 70%+ support from the public.
To put up 1000+ amendments is ironically designed to be death of the bill by a thousand cuts.
This is not what the Lords is for.

We have an entire class of Democratic "leadership" that has been told that it's dangerous and extreme to say this, and that does not understand that what Democrats want is for their leaders to articulate what they believe and why they believe it. That should not be as big an ask as it apparently is.
Mamdani: "I am in support of abolishing ICE. What we see is an entity that has no interest in fulfilling its stated reason to exist. We're seeing a government agency that is supposed to be enforcing some kind of immigration law, but instead what it's doing is terrorizing people."

the best antidote to blackpilling is remembering that every video you see of an ICE thug abusing their power was recorded by an American who volunteered to put themselves in harm's way for the sake of people they've likely never met and never will
/2 In light of that, I am in awe and deep respect of the people who are still showing up to monitor the ICE Gestapo, protect and defend their neighbors, do whatever they can to hold ICE to account and call out their lawlessness. What incredible bravery.

It's the national year of reading in the uk in 2026. Instead of asking "why don't kids read any more", ask "how can I help them find the stories (and non fic) they will fall in love with". Less "get off my lawn whippersnappers" and more "come, sit on the lawn, here's a comic".
