Presidential pardons don’t protect you from the ICC I’m guessing

So the hostile takeover will likely fail?

You think Netflix will win?

Sorry for this, but can you explain it in more simple terms. I want to share this.

Supposedly their hostile bid is worse than Netflix’s shareholder wise too

bsky.app/profile/migh...
This hostile bid is worse than the Netflix offer: it offers "more in cash," but it's for both WB and Discovery, whereas Netflix's offer was just for WB, meaning shareholders would get the eventual benefit of Discovery's purchase.

This is a straight up mob offer. "Take our worse deal or else."
Paramount Launches Hostile Bid for Warner Bros. www.hollywoodreporter.com/business/bus...

“The Paramount offer for the entirety of WBD provides shareholders $18 billion more in cash than the Netflix consideration."

This is difficult to completely understand, but I think I kind of get it...
December 8, 2025 at 9:42 PM
So how is Paramount’s worse?
December 8, 2025 at 9:24 PM
You mean Netflix offer would let the shareholders reap the benefits of Discovery’s purchase?
December 8, 2025 at 9:05 PM
Off topic, but what are your thoughts on the recent Warner Bros deal?

And also, he feels like he can't use 'MAGA' to refer to Republicans who support him. Pretty telling.

So far as I can tell, this is WB being paid to make a movie (theyre not funding this themselves) that will then be distributed by Paramount for a ripoff double-digit distribution fee while the stars get like $50m each.

Reality: Russ Vought accidently coded some firings at CDC wrong and had to bring back more than half of them, taking his grand total of "mass firings during the shutdown" to a whopping 3k or so.

Also they nearly broke the mortgage market and had to bring those people back too.
