Think Michigan needs an upset ahead even if they do pull it off against Ohio State. If Michigan wins and chalk holds elsewhere, M probably tops out at 11 and gets pushed out of the bracket by the ACC and a G5 champ

The party that promised "free speech on campus" has made sure there can be no free speech on campuses.
This week, I withdrew from a speaking engagement at a public university because they sent me a list of prohibited “words & concepts.” I will not humor this censorship. It does a disservice to the stories I’m discussing & the audience, who deserve unfettered access to information & conversation.

Is this dissent going to make it a bit less like SCOTUS overturns the result? They may not care. But if any of them still care about at least a veneer of “doing law not politics,” seems hard to square that with a quick decision siding with the guy who just went on a lengthy rant about George Soros
I dunno, man, if I began an opinion with a 3+ page "Preliminary Statement" complaining about disrespectful conduct by the other two judges on the panel, I would not immediately follow it up with this:

Yes this. In a world where Trump is very publicly toying with the idea of a third term, it’s good that MTG is treating him like a lame duck. That doesn’t mean the rest of her politics are anything other than awful, but that bit still is good
You can think it’s good that Massie and MTG are stirring up shit within the GOP caucus without thinking their politics in general is good. It’s not hard at all in fact?
