Let me give some insight on this, as a producer in the dub industry who worked with major streamers, who's witnessed first-hand where this push for AI is coming from.

Don't worry about perfection when you capture an idea!
One thing that helped me work faster & with confidence is getting ideas on the canvas fast and having fun with it. I scribble roughs for comics without worrying about perfection. The sooner I visualise an idea, the more it can grow in my mind.
