If Ukraine did attack Putin's home, US Intelligence would have confirmed it to back up Trump, who indicated that he believed Putin.

Admittedly, speaking out of ignorance, but it seems that if the artist signed a contract to perform at a particular venue, and then they change the venue in such a way that reasonably suggests a philosophical view, the artist has cause to say the contract signed isn't being honored by the promoter.
