Why am I so against generative AI in games?

Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.

i kinda feel like if no political party can present a candidate i can vote for in good conscience for the highest federal offices then i shouldn't have to pay federal taxes that year, and if they have a problem with that then this should be incentive to field better candidates

Just finished reading "Project Hail Mary" by Andrew Weir and loved it, despite not knowing a thing about all the intense science!

This is disheartening and eye-opening. 😶

Watched a "documentary" about psychics last night. Smelled cinnamon rolls during it so I thought someone had made some. Went downstairs, no cinnamon rolls. Smelled it again this morning and there were some!

Now I'm convinced I'm clairvoyant but only for cinnamon rolls.

I used to live in a VERY small town that had like 5 places to eat & 2 colleges, one being a military institute. One day I found a Google listing for a pancake place located in a dorm room there.

I signed into an old email & left a review. Still wonder how they reacted. 😂

I think even for people who aren't artists, there are many who enjoy art as a human feat of skill and expression even if they are doing no art creation themselves. Even if AI art was better then human art, and it's not, no one gives a shit that a forklift can carry more then a weightlifter.

Hoping the kitchen sink is hilarious to everyone else at the party tonight because I need a distraction from (most likely) being the only unmarried and single woman there.

I got a kitchen sink (for a lot less than sticker price because lady thought it and my enthusiasm over it was ridiculous and funny 😂)

Today my therapist said I'm overly caring, overly nice, and overly giving.

Should I put that on my resume?

I was invited to a bachelorette party this Saturday and I need to "bring something that describes marriage in one item."

I have no clue what to get. Funny things encouraged.

Stop sharing AI slop.

It's one thing if you don't know or just made a mistake. No need to breathe down someones neck b/c its harder to tell nowadays.

But if you do know (ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO KNOW) even if you're posting it to make fun of it or sharing it unironically... consider not doing that.

In a dash to save some rice about to be tossed I made bacon fried rice. Not bad! I forgot garlic, so I may try that again with garlic.
