A bunch of new people following me today; many gamedevs I believe, so here's some screenshots of "Project AB", which is a desktop/VR game I've been working on in my spare time with built-in world-creation features, though I haven't yet revealed the core theme of the program! :B

Yes, I am on a bit of a game development hiatus.

I am dealing with some Life Stuff which, while not urgent or related to my health, has just kinda left in very much... not in a gamedev headspace, ha.

Honestly it's a blessing to be able to step away at times when I need.

I think one of the funniest (actually really sad, but) social media phenomena is all the accounts who are vocally Christian, claim to worship Jesus -- but suddenly get weirdly defensive when you criticize their favorite human idol. They can't help it. Very telling!

i mean the *clothing brand itself,* to be clear

wearing a band t-shirt to signal your music taste, as a human being with personality, is cool

but if i purchase a hoodie, for the purpose of functioning as a hoodie, why the @#$% does it need the brand of the hoodie-maker bedecking it (it does not)

i see this as a categorical difference, a wearable signaling your sports fandom can indeed be a fun, whole social/personality indicator

whereas if i buy a plain ol' regular hoodie, i do not need the logo of the company who made the hoodie on the hoodie

it just needs to be a hoodie

if i purchase a product i intend to wear, i do not need branding on the product

if your branding is going to be on the product i wear, you should be paying *me* to wear it
