I hate to be that reply, but these kids are being traumatized already
When we win, we need to look to our children and do a lot of trauma repair
Even if it is just by sharing a room with us when we feel afraid, they feel it in a way

Both of my children, in completely separate conversations today said "what do you mean it is Saturday, today is definitely Friday" and honestly, I think we should just adjust time and go with that.
