Of course, narcissists are successful - they take no-one else into consideration, damage others & the world without compassion or remorse, they don't share, support, or compromise. They bully, threaten, & cheat. It's time we rethink our definition of success, bcs we're celebrating the wrong people.

There's no such thing as a 'self-made millionaire'. Nobody goes through life without ever receiving help, a break, support, trust, indulgence, goodwill, or leniency. No-one is completely self-reliant or independent.

True indeed! But how many more COPs can we afford to say the same things over & over? Political complacency & opposition from fossil fuel interests & bad faith actors like US & China have to disappear. Good luck my friends!!

Did u know? Autumn/Fall is such a wonderful season in nature. It's a time when life quietens down for a winter's break & everything is touched with mellow colours of gold, russet & amber. It also brings out the child in me. Who still loves to do this through the fallen leaves?..That sound too..🍂🌱🌿🇬🇧🌱🌍

And what about Rochelle? How will Mick deal with people behaving like that towards her in front of Joy? This is why I love #TheArchers so much! The characters are all so good and bad at the same time, with deep complexities and often thoughtless reactions.

I dislike Mick a lot now. What horrible behaviour. Still, I suppose it gives George an insight into both how much work he’s going to have to do, and also how much Susan loves him.

Newhaven Stand up to Racism, Culture Connect and Hospitable Environment march and rally for hope and solidarity. We’ve had a plague of the flaggers recently, but we’ve got most of them down, and then today! Today was fab! We have a great community. We won’t let the racists win.

Today’s the day… we have so many great musicians joining us and the Coat of Hopes is coming and there will be drummers and dancers and all the beautiful banners made by local children and their families. Come and join us if you’re in Sussex. Everyone is welcome…
