I'm glad to hear. I'm not keyed into doing a toonier style at the moment and it was driving me mad that I was rendering the detective so much.

It's like speaking a second language. You can study and play DuoLingo all day, but until you're trying to speak with someone in that language, you're just not going to pick up on the nuances.

Talent has nothing to do with it, but thank you. I had my sketchbook with me the whole day but didn't even open it. I think anyone who enjoys drawing and can't do it on a given day probably feels the same way.

It's brutal, and between wondering how some make it and kicking myself for having not done a thing that someone else did a few years ago to make it, I'm caught overthinking and underperforming.
