I thought the time loop was a fun concept but the movie was mostly just a collection of mediocre scares, and pretty lacklustre execution.

I think Ragnarok has lots of interesting parts to its story but it's a slog to get through at times.

I have. They suggested some microbiome stuff, Bio Kult, but mostly try to sleep more and have you tried being *less* anxious?

I was also told that going for a walk is as good as medication. Which I don't necessarily doubt, but it's not especially helpful.

I've not actually seen or spoken to him (he wouldn't remember me anyway) but...I've heard stories that make him seem...less than sympathetic.
