Via Simon Yeoung on YouTube we can share for you our first look at the new Robosen Autoconverting G1 Soundwave. As it was previously teased, this is a G1 Soundwave animatronic robot who can transform into his iconic cassette player mode. As with other Robosen releases, he’s got LED lights, voices and sound effects, programmable movement and voice-command recognition. While he doesn’t come with any cassetebot, it’s been teased that Robosen will release some of them in the future as separate products. See the images and promotional video after the jump and then sound off on the 2005 Boards!

Ridge Racer was one of those games that made you say "Woah" the 1st time you played it, like you were in a Bill & Ted movie. For its time, there really was nothing at home like it. Soundtrack is still phenomenal.

That's a wrap on this Thanksgiving. Everyone has left, and I'm all cleaned up. Hosted 13 people this year, so a packed house. But, it was a surprisingly drama free day. Everyone took a good share of leftovers (thankfully). All-in-all a good day.

Attended Monstermania this weekend. Fun time. Friday was empty, but Saturday was packed. Got a great haul (will share pics later). But I was floored that there were about a dozen of vendors who no showed.

Just picked up this Syngenor figure from Trick or Treat Studios. Absolutely wild that a deep cut like Scared To Death is getting official merch. I hope the continue this style with other lesser know titles. Give me Cellar Dweller, The Boogens, The Being, Xtro, etc.

Bases Loaded was one of those NES games that provided a genuine wow factor for the time. The presentation was so good, and it played pretty well then. This and Baseball Stars were my go to NES baseball games. Nice to see it return outside of cheap handhelds.
