Wir benutzen verschiedenen Methoden um die verschiedenen Bestandteile (Organellen) der Zellen zu segmentieren. Teilweise ist da manuelle Arbeit noch Teil des Workflows, aber viele Dinge werden mittlerweile KI-basiert erledigt. Welche Tools wir nehmen, kommt auch ein bisschen auf die Organellen an.
