Finished unpicking after two days and finally felt human enough to sew it back on. Shortened length and height, now it fits great! This was leftover @stylemakerfabrics.bsky.social fabric from another project that I’ve cut but haven’t sewed yet.

Unpicking! Sewed this neckline too big a week ago, and then managed to get shingles 😫. Now that I can sit for longer periods, I’m unpicking it. Damn my use of a tiny zigzag stitch and matching thread! At least I’m now outside. ☺️ #garmentsewing #sewsky

Anyone else chaos sew for a pick-me-up? Leftover fabric (from Lyrical), cut front/back at the same time with no real pattern, used elastic waistband instead of cuffs b/c why not. Didn’t finish seams, barely cut threads, refused to unpick mistakes. Just what I needed. 😄 #chaossewing #sewsky

Sewed a quick dupe of a rtw sweater that fit me well out of this gorgeous warm Mind The Maker knit. F’d up and made the collar too big so I hacked it by sewing down the sides and I really love how it lays now! #sewsky #garmentsewing #sewist

Recovering from a cold & fibro flare, but can’t stop thinking about this project. I want a dress with a top that hangs over a tie waist.
1st attempt last week had no hang, and side tie irritated my hand sprain.
V2: split the front so that I can tie it, & add volume/length. Maybe today?

Made a pattern, tested, and created this disc golf bag for my dad. Should hold a few frisbees. 😊 Happy with my first bag attempt!

I got a generic face wash in bulk for stocking stuffers. Everything seems normal. Except the ingredient “(daily) essence” - whose essence did I just wash my face with? Do I owe them an apology?
