Beautiful! So excited for this one.

I recently finished the #SnowTop by Jules Smit. Made of a vintage linen from Maker's Resale that I dyed. Feels like a good transitional piece for summer/fall.

You probably won't be good at fitting pants right away if I'm being honest. Pants are hard and there's definitely a learning curve, and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying.

Finished the #FibreMoodKristy. The V is a little deep for me, and I'm considering dyeing it, but loved making it. Might be fun in a higher wale corduroy.

My daughter bought me this lovely leather clutch from an antique shop for my birthday. I gave it a quick wash with saddle soap and applied a leather conditioner, and wow is it transformed.

Two current WIPs! Left is the #FibreMoodKristy, right is my first go of a pattern test of the Small Museum Frankie jacket.

Cute! I was just looking at this pattern today.

I never find just fabric when thrifting. I do find tablecloths and curtains to repurpose though. But yeah, our thrift shops have gotten pricey too.

Pretty excited about all of the fabric I got for $7 today at an estate sale.

Last year I made a queen size quilt top as part of a sewalong. A year later I'm finally getting around to quilting it, which is difficult on a home sewing machine.

I think I'm just going to have to do a few lines at a time and accept the imperfections so I can finish.

New #PomonaPants (@annaallenclothing.bsky.social) made from a thrifted, overdyed tablecloth. Paired with #DemeterTop I made from a thrifted cotton gauze dress.

Pleased with how this thrifted textile came out after overdyeing. I've had it in my stash for awhile, but the green and white it was before felt very St. Patrick's Day. This fabric is becoming #PomonaPants.

I've finally finished the #CrosstownCrescentBag. Super easy, satisfying sew. Also featuring #DemeterTop.

All of those colors you separated out work, in my opinion. They just give different vibes, so it really depends what you're going for.

We've been back for a month, so also weird here.

Lengthening is the easy part! Cut on the lengthen/shorten line, add in a piece of paper the size of how many inches you want to add, then just reconnect the lines.

Ohhh I love the little side pockets.
