I find it very strange how a legal decision which relates solely to gender recognition certificates – something under 18s definitively cannot have – is being used to justify changes to longstanding policies on including trans kids.

Furious at this. TERFs and Gender Critical people are a loud, radicalized, wealthy minority, forcing groups who've done the right thing for years into horrible positions that none of them want. Stop buying Harry Potter. Fight for your trans brothers and sisters. They'll come for you next.
i hope every single person who still buys harry potter merch or engages with that franchise is happy that they're literally making girl guides cry

girl guides uk have been forced very much against their will to exclude trans girls. full statement is here: www.girlguiding.org.uk/information-...

Utter gobbledegook in response to whether jobs are being cut at SLV — so will there be less reference librarians or not? Or are they being ‘redeployed’? How exactly are their jobs being ‘reshaped’?

Whatever you do, DO NOT fill this out! To quote Admiral Ackbar, "IT'S A TRAP!!!" It is meant to misguide you.

hit the three dots (more) above a mail, then filter messages like these, and just set up where you want stuff to go

"Combined, the staff association estimates that equates to cutting the agency’s size by a third."
