My rain dance team is having a weather fight with Glacia in the Elite Four. My Castform is having none of her 'hail' nonsense.

The forecast is for rain, Glacia. Write that the fuck down. There will be Thunder and Hurricane force winds.

Everyone involved in these 'trials' is associated with SEGM, a transphobic hate group and producer of pseudoscientific disinformation. It promotes conversion therapy and, unsurprisingly, seeks to ban gender-affirming care.

We already know puberty blockers are safe. This is exterminationist policy.

Burn it down.

(by which I mean, maybe move away from Surveillance, Inc. asap)

Genuinely disgusting. Everyone dressed up in their finery, celebrating the segregation of an extremely vulnerable minority.

This is an exterminationist hate movement. Young people have died by suicide as a result of this and similar hateful interference in our politics.

Blood on their hands.

In a climate of increasing hostility towards trans and gender non-conforming people it's never been more important to stand up for the rights of everyone to go about their lives in freedom and dignity without fear of violence or harassment.

The last couple of days provide yet more evidence. We have a fascist Labour government.

Today, on Transgender Day of Remembrance, we remember the transgender lives lost to violence.

The Green Party stands shoulder to shoulder with transgender people in the face of increasing transphobic rhetoric in our society and politics.

Looks like the annual terraforming process heralding Her arrival is underway.

She may not want a lot for Christmas, but she does demand that the appropriate meteorological adjustments are made prior to Her manifestation date.

Be sure to give your full cooperation. We don't want another ice age.

Is there a reason we can freeze and appropriate the assets of warmongering Russian oligarchs but can't do the same for the ghouls destroying our privatised public infrastructure, like water?

according to the times the ehrc and @bphillipsonmp.bsky.social want to ban trans women from 'single sex spaces'( whatever this means ) based on how well we pass.

passing is just how fuckable society thinks we are according to patriarchal beauty standards. it's as misogynist as it gets.

My oregano! Not bad for out-of-date seeds.

I'm not sure if it'll last the winter, and I think it's supposed to be bigger than this (?), but overall a success. If seems happy to root from stems, so if it makes it to spring I should have a renewing supply 😊

(also pansies and clover, oops)

In today's edition of "scratty little plants Jeffy likes", I found this stuff recently a few miles from home.

It's apparently called 'ground ivy' but it's a type of mint, and according to Wikipedia it has lovely purple flowers in spring. Should be easy to get a piece as the stems root themselves 😊

A few weeks ago I was talking politics with a local, highly straight, bartender.

All the sudden he said: “Well, I think a big part of the problem is that so many of the people who would’ve been our progressive leaders died of AIDS & can’t help us now.”

And I’ve thought about that every day since.

Oh this looks incredibly impractical and pointless. I'm definitely gonna have to try it.

tl;dr: garlic almost exclusively reproduces by self-cloning. There are tiny sexual flowers but they don't do anything before they die. But with a bit of intervention, they can be coaxed to produce real seeds.

More horrible Nazi shit from Labour.

"We must restore ᴏʀᴅᴇʀ ᴀɴᴅ ᴄᴏɴᴛʀᴏʟ"

There can be no excuse for continuing to support Labour. That includes their MPs.
On Monday, Shabana Mahmood will announce an overhaul of the asylum system, here’s why ⬇️

I'm sure they're extremely deadly, but these look fucking delicious. Honeycomb on the edge with a chocolate interior? Or is it a frothy coffee, caught on camera as it splashes out of the mug?

Also they look kind of crunchy, in a good way.

Gross shit. Drag him.

However.

Be vigilant too. The Muslim YP MPs are subjected to constant racist abuse on the Nazi hellsite. Islamophobes will try to weaponise us to spread their hate. Don't let them.

They'll also say transphobia is part of 'Muslim values'. It isn't.

Now. Call out this shit.

Is anyone familiar with this stuff?

Plantnet says it is hemp agrimony and wikipedia says it is great for butterflies, but there's a lot of it in the spot where I found it. Kinda like willowherb.

Attracting butterflies would be nice but I don't wanna spread something that'll get invasive. 💀
