Soon to be ex-Tory voter unsure who to vote for on 1st of May?

Here's why I harp on about education.

Civic studies should join critical thinking our kids now start at 8.

Reform tax cuts = no public services

@libdems.org.uk For a Fair Deal and efficient working public services.
Writing up notes from a public engagement event I worked on, and it is *interesting* how few people were confident about:
(a) what a public service is
(b) who it is for
(c) how it is paid for
Some thought a supermarket or an airline might be a public service because they are publicly available

Monitoring channels warn of missiles.
Because yes –
missile attacks are, apparently, part of every peace plan 🙄

Donald Trump expects Ukrainians to be ‘grateful’ as he prepares a carve-up of the country with Putin.

We can’t let that happen - Starmer must work with our European allies to stop this stitch-up in its tracks.

Can we expect to hear Donald Trump cancel the 27th deadline and push back this Russian attempt to slow down the Ukrainian increase in firepower.

It's clear that this ruse was because Russians refuse to be sent to the meat grinder.

Meanwhile Opposition Leader Kira Rudik has offered a coalition.
Republican Senator Mike Rounds:

"Rubio did make a phone call to us this afternoon and he made it very clear to us that we are the recipients of a proposal that was delivered to one of our representatives. It is not our recommendation, it is not our peace plan.”

I only see Seven Plagues on the US in its sellout of Ukraine to Putin

Lost arms orders
Closed markets
Tourism collapse
Sports and culture bans
No 5 Eyes
Tax windfalls
Investor flight

US leaves NATO? World leaves US.

While problem gambling tears families apart and costs lives, firms like SkyBet go abroad to dodge their taxes.

It’s time to tax their UK profits. No escape, no loopholes.

ECHR is a lot of rights.

Just keep looking at the women in your life. Their American counterparts are finding their reproductive rights ended. Equality is protected.

Rights that have taken centuries to win would be lost.
"Leaving the ECHR would do nothing to halt small boat crossings, but it would deny British people hard-won rights."

Without exception, every member of the Libdems I hear from or speak to, at every level of the party, holds the objective of #RejoinEU very dear.

Here's Farage admired Putin showing true colours.

The joke's on us. Brexit isolated UK. We struggle to fund arms we give Ukraine, they'll join EU the second Putin is kicked out.

Wouldn't you want to visit Ukraine to mourn as a member state, as we did 27 other countries before 2016 instead?
It was cold and wet.
I walked quickly to get to the hotel
and saw them.

Calm is over.

waiting for the all-clear
to cross the bridge and get home.

Meanwhile, in Donetsk Oblast,
an air bomb struck people
waiting in a queue for pension.

24 killed.
