Unlike Supreme Court Justices, the rest of the fed’l judiciary is governed by canons of ethics. Among other things, they’re not supposed to attend political events & should avoid even an appearance of impropriety. joycevance.substack.com/p/judicial-e...

AI data centers are sucking up communities’ power & water.

AI is being used by corporations to shaft consumers and is threatening young workers’ job prospects.

So Trump wants to ram through a ban on state AI regulation — all to help out his Big Tech billionaire friends.

See how this works?

There is no question about it: Alito, Thomas, Roberts, and the three Trump Supreme Court appointees are all GOP partisan hacks.

Pass term limits. Expand the court. Enact an enforceable code of ethics.

We must keep pushing Democrats to enact court reform.

Federal tax prosecutions have fallen to their lowest level in decades — dropping 27% the past year.

This comes after Trump made deep cuts to the IRS.

DOJ agents were reportedly also told not to prioritize tax prosecutions.

Tax cheats must be thrilled.
