Just like UBI & Medicare for All would be much better uses of taxpayer dollars.
Anderson Cooper: So it's more expensive to have a chronically homeless person living on the streets than it is to actually subsidize an apartment for them?

Answer: Yes, we’re paying more as taxpayers to walk past that person on the street and do nothing… #HousingFirst

This is definitely the most scrutinizable outcome of the Mamndani-Trump meeting.
Ok, but if he starts growing a beard, we’re all gonna get free healthcare, guys.

Of all the faith based philosophies, the one that has the most evidence against it is privatization.

On CBC, I talk about Jeffrey Epstein, the CIA and Mossad, referencing the excellent reporting at @dropsitenews.com -- yet it remains impossible to get mainstream USA media to discuss this evidence.

Foreign actors? Or lots of people in Alberta utterly despise you and what you’re doing.
Premier Smith asked if there will be changes to recall act.

Says threshold won't change, but raises issues on how MLAs can defend themselves, fears that go fund me campaigns are being funded by foreign actors and that the AFL is bussing people into ridings to help campaigns.

Dangerous and wrong.
Today, government introduced Bill 9 legislation invoking the notwithstanding clause to override a court ruling that protects youth access to gender-affirming care. This places government between a patient and their physician, undermining clinical autonomy. www.albertadoctors.org/news/publica...

After a court order, X refuses to take down the non consensual intimate images of a Canadian citizen in violation of the law.

They’re acting like a user saying they don’t want intimate images online for the world to see is equivalent to, idk, a US President censoring political opinions 🙄 1/

Julie Child’s recipe from either of her first cookbooks is very do-able at home, authentic enough, and as tasty as anything else.
I watched a guy cook 3 different versions of Beef Bourguinon and found 2 of the versions ludicrous, but watching him try to cook the Keller version actually made me angry. It seems like a dish that genuinely can't/shouldn't be made at home, but that's RIDICULOUS! It's not a complicated dish AT ALL.
