I’ve been staring, somewhat open mouthed at this map all week. One of these motorways was indeed meant to roar right past my house! An absolutely fascinating map that simultaneously makes way more sense than the London we ended up with, and shows an absolutely unthinkable parallel universe.

Absolutely *delighted* to see the Map Men's book This Way Up has gone straight into the charts. It's brilliant and the bigger the "funny cartography and geopolitics" segment of the market gets the better, to my mind
