I don't understand what legal responsibility they have for excluding trans, surely it's just a club, change the rules, or if it's really that silly a problem change the name.

I'm pretty sure BH are breaking the rules on CIL money. We still have communities that haven't received anything that fulfills their obligations. So this is the equivalent of the council spitting in their faces.

Yes, "pregnant people" is inclusive language that describes pregnant cis women AS WELL AS trans men and nonbinary people, a lot of whom can get pregnant. But it also describes, like, 12-year-old girls who get pregnant. Do centrist pig-dogs think THEY are "women" too? Coz...bit of a red flag, that.
