A lot of older tech icons don't seem to realize how powerful internet misinformation is wielded and the death and destruction it has caused, as any attempt to reduce the amount of lying online is met with critiques by older tech icons yelling "FREE SPEECH!" "FREE EXPRESSION OF IDEAS".
