ok this is an insane story but let’s do a poll: if you could declare your workplace’s official font, what would it be? (Might be different than *favorite* font!)

I’m asking again, please help my friend. It’s way too easy these days to go from getting by to at risk of losing everything. Especially if you’re a single parent with health issues. Help keep a parent and child together!
Please help support us for this ONE year. If you read the link in our chuffed you’ll know exactly why. Every ounce of support got taken from us all at once by no fault of our own. Next year I get a measly raise & am fighting like hell for backpay, work discrimination, retaliation, etc all on my own.

AI was not necessary for this sort of process - Python exists. Scripting an information aggregator is reasonably simple and can be shared with future organizers.

ugh I hope nobody leaks one of these to a reporter! especially not one with Signal, such as meganfarokhmanesh.76, at a publication with great policies for protecting sources, like WIRED
The coolest part about games media layoffs is how all the severance packages now include an NDA requiring laid off employees to stay silent about the layoff, further suppressing reporting on the same corporate behaviours those outlets likely cover when it’s dame devs/publishers.

Someone at our apartment recognized me as the “lady that flips off my ring camera” and confronted me in the common area. Said it was impolite and all that. I told him that it’s impolite to record everyone that passes by your door in an apt complex and that I flip off the other ones too 🖕🖕🖕
