Having characters doing different things is useful for no other reason than being able to cut to somewhere else, particularly in conics and shows.
In a novel, you can have a sentence that covers a passage of time. In a more visual medium, time passing without a scene change can get awkward.

Just seen mockups of the Moon Hotel, and in my professional non-engineering opinion it's an explosive decompression time bomb.

For this years 40k I'm going to try to focus on my GSC. I have picked at it over the years, so have a bunch. But even more sit unpainted.
The main 'issue' is that I changed my mind on my 'stealers colours. Originally going for the official look, then changing it to my green/bone.
