People who think Cathay is a utopia apparently missed how bad the in-fighting and politics can get to the point that a member of Clan Eshin was once able to be put in charge of the Empire.
Like sure, against outside threats they're united, but like Bretonnia under that banner is a lot of division.

While I have favorite minis across factions in WFB when it comes to factions my top three have always been Wood Elves, Tomb Kings, and Ogre Kingdoms.
Yes I did gravitate towards the two factions known for being good with bows, don't @ me.

That's how you get rats living inside your guardian statues.
Was looking at Cathay because I was watching the How We Roll dev interview on the army and the fact it can be made of different materials is interesting, but the fact they can be made from WARPSTONE is a "wait, what?" moment.

I saw this and I'd argue this is the difference between competitive and narrative play not between Warhammer and Wargaming.

Total War Warhammer is adding furries to the Cathay army, so that's something we'll probably see eventually in mini form as well in The Old World.
