I know you've heard that a federal judge ordered the release of 5 year old Liam Conejo Arias and his father, and that they're now home.

But did you look at the judge's order?

It's less than 2.5 pages and well worth a minute. "Jesus wept."

Six days ago federal officers murdered a man in the streets of Minneapolis and we still don't know their identities. Is there any modern precedent for this?

This is from Georgia Fort’s video.

🍆🥔 Day 104

In today’s episode of Will They Follow Court Orders This Time …
JUST IN: Judge Mehta rules that Trump/Russ Vought's termination of environmental grants during the shutdown — targeted solely at states that voted for Kamala Harris — violated the 5th Amendment's Equal Protection clause and orders them restored.

FOX NEWS: The officer involved in the Minneapolis shooting -- does the president stand fully behind him? Does he think his action were justified?

LEAVITT: Absolutely. President Trump was right about this all along. This deranged lunatic woman was trying to ram him over with her vehicle.

Mike Johnson canceled the last session of Congress for the year—conveniently before the Epstein Files drop. Congress worked ~87 days this year. Full pay and benefits. They just stripped millions of affordable healthcare while keeping theirs.

Also in this clip, the National School Chaplain Association, who testified in favor of the bill in both house and senate, has a stated purpose of "enhancing God's presence by infiltrating the system."

Also, a chaplain can obtain be ordained in as little as 40 hours...thats not helping kids in need
James Talarico: Does your bill replacing counselors with untrained religious chaplains require them to have any training/qualifications?

Republican: No

Talarico: I offered an amendment to require school chaplains to respect freedom of religion, and you refused to accept that?

Republican: Correct

Right. Because Trump’s announcement was a panic move.
“Mr. Trump’s announcement of a “blockade” caught senior officials at the Pentagon and at Southern Command in Florida by surprise. On Wednesday, they scrambled to figure out the U.S. military’s role in the action, U.S. officials said.”
NEW: US gunboat diplomacy — Trump's order to do a blockade of some oil tankers by Venezuela surprised the Pentagon. Maduro orders the navy to escort ships, risking a conflict on the high seas. Trump says he aims to seize the country's oil and other assets. Gift link: www.nytimes.com/2025/12/17/u...

Funny thing about that vote
The White House says the Kennedy Center board vote was “unanimous”…

BULLSHIT.

@repbeatty.bsky.social, a Congressional member of the board, was on the call. They muted her and didn't let her voice opposition.

This is beyond absurd, totally illegal, and a disgrace to the memory and legacy of JFK.

The White House claims the vote to rename the Kennedy Center was “unanimous.” That is false. I was muted on the call and denied the opportunity to speak or register my opposition. That is not consensus. That is censorship.
