The Trump Administration finds new ways to pull the rug out from under Americans every day.

And now they're putting babies in danger.

Illinois just enacted a law to provide our own science-based recommendations to protect access to vaccines so families get the care they need.
US vaccine advisers say not all babies need a hepatitis B shot at birth
A federal vaccine advisory committee has voted to end a longstanding recommendation that all U.S. babies get the hepatitis B vaccine on the day they’re born.

A date which will live in infamy.

Today, we commemorate the more than 2,400 Americans who were lost during the attack on Pearl Harbor.

We are forever indebted to the courage of those who stood up for democracy and freedom — and we will never forget their sacrifice.

Today, I've signed into law legislation that expands legal protections for the people of Illinois.

Dropping your kid off at day care, going to the doctor, or attending classes should not be a life-altering task.

We will counter the Trump Administration's depravity.

Illinois, in the face of cruelty and intimidation, has chosen solidarity and support.

That should not be overlooked.

Donald Trump, Kristi Noem, and Gregory Bovino tried to appeal to our lesser instincts — but the best of us are standing up to the worst of them.

Your daily reminder that the ACA is the ONLY Republican idea Republicans ever had for healthcare (see: Romneycare). Obama would've had a public option but Republicans killed that, and they just hate ACA cuz a black man has his name on it. Your Uncle Maga doesn't know this cuz he watches Fox News.

So the GOP had no health care plan for 15 years (their plan has always been to repeal the ACA and replace it with nothing). But now some Republican politicians and pollsters have warned them that they’d better at least say they have a plan. And presto!

If Trump wasn't wrecking the economy with his stupid tariffs, farmers wouldn't need a bailout in the first place.

Oh and what's the GOP plan for all the farmers who get health care through the ACA whose premiums are skyrocketing?

Right, there is NO PLAN.
Farmers say Trump's payment isn't enough amid rising health care costs
President Trump announced $12 billion in one-time payments to farmers as they adjust to increased tariffs on exports. Some farmers say even with that help they still face rising health care costs.
