As daily goals, "stop fascism," "defeat evil," and "save the world" probably aren't going to get you anywhere, and might leave you feeling overwhelmed and helpless, but "work towards building something good" is always achievable, concrete, and useful.

Like other countries before us, revolt! We ALL go to the WH & Capitol & block entrance on a Sunday while he's golfing. We don't leave, shop, work, watch tv until all the traitorous MAGAs are removed from OUR house. We need to do it before the military is down to illegal order psycopants.

There needs to be a term for the unique emotion of knowing things will happen, trying to tell people that, being called crazy or alarmist, then watching it all come true. It's rage, terror, betrayal, frustration, helplessness, all rolled into one. There should be a word for that feeling.

I remember that day so well. I was watching the broadcast of congress, so relieved that 45 was gone. Then it started, and I was frozen in horror watching something unimaginable happen. I canceled my clients that day, unable to even think about being a therapist. It was a coup. I can't forget.
