I’m kind of assuming that Total War 40k will be beyond the capabilities of my current modest PC, but I assume I’ll still get bags of entertainment from reading Total War fans moaning about it on the subreddit.

Pillars of Eternity was fantastic. It’s sequel Deadfire was even better!
I heard the argument “I don’t want to pirates in my isometric fantasy rpg”, but I would counter with:
“Why would you NOT want to have pirates in your isometric fantasy rpg?”

This is true but also Pillars II: Deadfire is fantastic and everyone should play it.
Deadfire sold terribly at first because it made committed gamercide by being slightly different.
