Katsugo “Kats” Miho was born #OTD in Kahului, Hawaiʻi in 1922. In this clip, he recalls being discharged from the Hawaii Territorial Guard solely because of his Japanese ancestry. Kats later enlisted in the 442nd RCT and participated in the liberation of Dachau.
