Just get on with raising income tax.

Do it in concert with raising the lower limit to move some lower paid out of tax (but still raise money)

Equalise dividend tax and income tax

Introduce a wealth tax
Introduce an exit tax

I am the only one that finds this difficult to understand? Trump signs executive order to slash prices of obesity drugs

I thought that the US were very negative about state control / communism etc and loved the free market. Surely setting the price by executive diktat is state control.
